Do not take another dose until you have seen your doctor. If you get chest pains after taking Fildena you should see a doctor straight away.
The following are some of the side effects associated with Filagra. What are the possible side effects of Fildena? People taking certain other medicines - see end of page for details.
People with any obstruction of blood flow out of the heart, eg due to narrowing of the aorta (aortic stenosis). If you fall into any of these categories you won't be able to buy Fildena over the counter and you'll need to see your doctor. Who might need a lower Fildena dose or extra monitoring?
People with low blood pressure (hypotension) This means lower than 90/50 mmHg. If you buy Fildena Connect over the counter it's still important that you see your doctor in the next six months so that they can check you over for any underlying causes of your ED. Drinking alcohol can reduce your ability to get an erection and so might make the Fildena less effective.
Do not take Fildena more than once in any 24 hours. Some men will need to start with a lower dose of 25mg prescribed by a doctor - see below. This is the strength of over-the-counter Fildena Connect tablets.
Filagra will only work once the messengers responsible for producing an erection start to be produced. This allows the blood vessels in the penis to stay dilated for longer, which improves blood flow to the penis and helps produce and maintain an erection. Fildena 100 mg helps men with ED to get an erection in response to sexual stimulation.
100 mg - blue, rounded-diamond shaped tablets marked VGR 100 on one side and PFIZER on the other. 50 mg - blue, rounded-diamond shaped tablets marked VGR 50 on one side and PFIZER on the other. 25 mg - blue, rounded-diamond shaped tablets marked VGR 25 on one side and PFIZER on the other.
Keep the tablets in their pack until it is time to take them. Heat and dampness can destroy some medicines. A locked cupboard at least one-and-a-half metres above the ground is a good place to store medicines.
While Fildena helps most people, it can cause some unwanted side effects in a few people. Tell your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible if you do not feel well while you are taking Fildena. Make sure your doctor knows you are taking Fildena.
Tell any other doctors, dentists and pharmacists who are treating you that you are taking Fildena. In these cases, your doctor may decide that you need a higher dose. Immediately telephone your doctor or Poisons Information Centre (telephone 13 11 26) for advice or go to Accident and Emergency at the nearest hospital if you think that you or anyone else may have taken too much Fildena.
The amount of time Fildena takes to start working varies from person to person, but it normally takes between half an hour and one hour.
