Rockerstop does not provide any "money refund" offer for any kind of membership / Plan Recharge.

Though Rockerstop provides a "Coins Refund" Offer, those coins will be credited to your rockerstop wallet and only be used in contacting clients. Once you buy a membership plan or pay for coins, money cannot be refunded in any normal case. For any critical case, you can contact us for help.

Coins can be refunded if any of these problems happen.
1. lead is not valid
2. Clients do not respond to calls or sms
3. Lead posted mistakenly
4. Coins are deducted but the phone number is not shown.
5. Any technical issues.
