I am a Chartered accountant having experience of more than ten years in both the corporate world and my practice.

I have vast experience in the below fields:

Accounting- I am a well-versed accountant in both domestic and international accounting, amazon and Shopify accounting, practices, and IFRS, GAAP. I can help you in case you need an accountant so that I can deliver value adds. I also have practical knowledge of filing EPF, ESI returns and making EPF and ESI payments for companies.

Taxation- I have practical exposure to domestic and international taxation. Have performed various US taxation return filings like Delaware Franchise Tax, NY State and City, 1020, 1040, 1065, the 1120S, FATCA, FBAR, FICA, taxation returns for Expats(Specialization), revise returns, etc. Further, I also work on Employee retention credit services. I am also well versed with payroll and sales tax for the US.

Legal Entity setup- I also have good knowledge and practical exposure to setti read more... g up legal entities like S corp, C corp, LLC, and their conversions.

GST compliance-Being a Chartered accountant, I am an expert in GST, whether it be registration, payments, return filing, composition scheme, E way-bill, etc. I can help you with all GST-related compliances.

Auditing- I have a rich exposure to various types of audits like internal auditing, statutory auditing, SOX auditing, Risk-based auditing, Management auditing, etc., along with financial analysis of statements. I also have excellent command over risk assessment, establishing and managing internal controls post risk analytics, risk mitigation, remediation, follow up, and decision-making analysis.

Data analytics and visualization- Have been using MS Excel as a great data visualization tool for around 7 years. Have also added google data studio and Power BI as new data tools for data analytics and dashboarding.

GL Reconciliations- I am an expert at performing various reconciliations like Accounts receivables, payables, the bank, and identification of aged items therein.

SOP creation- Carry good experience in creating the business process document(SOP), including flowcharts.

Preparation of Financial Statements/Financial Packages, including Consolidation and Budgeting.

Softwares-I is well versed with Wave, QuickBooks, Tally, NetSuite, XERO, Zoho books, Financial Force, MS Office, and SAP. I am also Quickbooks, and Wavebooks certified.
I can set up Quickbooks, ZOHO, Tally, and Wave software. I can also help you in data migration from one software to another like Tally to ZOHO, ZOHO to Tally, ZOHO to Quickbooks, Quickbooks to Xero, Xero to Quickbooks, etc.
I have also worked on Zoho analytics.
I am a Zoho expert.

Accounting Standards-I has practical knowledge of IND AS and US GAAP.

I am a trader as well and have been using the Trading view pine script for creating my strategies for the past three years. I can create your strategies in pine script as per your requirement.
