Worked in the Accounting field for more than 20years and spent 5 years in Strategic Partnerships Management area and very much devoted to assist those in need of such a service. I can assist as from coming up with a business cases, obtain the relevant board approvals, engagement of prospective strategic partners through investment conferences, exhibitions, one on one meetings, B2B, etc, negotiate with such partners, drafting of relevant contract documents such as Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Memorandum of Agreements (MOA), Joint Venture Agreements, Partnership Agreements, operationalisation of the ventures, all reports that may required in the management of the alliance which may include compliance reports, etc.
