I carry 13+ years of work experience, been associated with bank, hospitals , real estate and schools.
My expertise lies from sourcing to onboarding ensuring the candidate gets a smooth hiring experience. Skill includes Salary negotiation, background verification, managing , training and building team. Sourcing, screening and maintaining a pipeline of candidates which helps the growth of the company is of prime importance and I work closely with managers in designing the JD as per need .

My extensive experience in HR and administration has equipped me with a diverse skill set that is highly relevant for recruitment roles. Over the years, I have held various managerial positions, including Manager of HR and Administration, where I was responsible for the recruitment of both IT and non-IT profiles.
