I have been working as a project manager for the past 2 years in the medical content creation field. My educational background in Commerce and Marketing, along with my professional experience of approximately 6 years in Client servicing & Business Development, makes me an excellent candidate for this position.
I have approximately 14 years of working experience, of which a major part of it has been in the field of Client servicing & Business Development, that has enabled me to build a good rapport with my clients and helped gain experience of working in varied fields ranging from handling customer queries over email and chat in International BPOs to handling corporate client projects/events in Events and Advertising agencies.
