Overview

Mr. Sudhir Rampilla is a seasoned engineering leader with over 18.5+ years of experience in instrumentation, control, and automation (ICA) across water, wastewater, desalination, and industrial process sectors. He currently serves as Principal Engineer – ICA at Arcadis, where he leads design, consulting, and technical delivery for complex water infrastructure projects. In his current role, he provides technical leadership in control systems design, automation architecture, and digital solutions for water and wastewater treatment plants, supporting global clients and multidisciplinary teams. He plays a key role in driving engineering excellence, standardization, and innovation across project lifecycles. Prior to this, he worked with Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions and SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, where he led electrical, instrumentation, and process control engineering for wastewater treatment projects.
