I m a CA in practice with more than 10 Years of experience in TDS & Income Tax.

1. Handling audit activities for the clients based in Luxembourg, Canada, Bahamas, UK and US territories. 2. Discussion with client about planning and execution of audit as per relevant territory laws. 3. Preparation of various MIS for end users. 4. Conducting in-house internal audit of other ancillary departments like guest house, sale counters, restaurants and stores underlying the same projects, dealing with auditors & government departments; 5. Preparation of standard operating procedures, conducting inter department meeting relevant to accounts and finance. 6. Formulated the system for GST migration in advance for the company and successfully implemented the GST system from day one of its implementation. I also executed GST related compliance including refund of GST paid in India. 7. Assisted the client company in maintenance of its internal control, proper book keeping and several statutory compliances like erstwhile Service tax, Income tax etc; 8. Led the internal audit of the real estate client for the implementation of their internal policies and statutory compliances; 9. Provided them corrective suggestions. 10. Preparation of Financial statements, Tax audits, Transfer pricing reports etc.
