I am studying for the degree of BSC in Physiology, although this does not relate with the skills I am offering, but I believe I do have enough experience through what I have learned and still learning in sch. I have helped so many of my lecturers in writing, typing , searching online for their lecture notes, I created a business in sch that helps student in typing their project and siwes report, and I also had experience by working for a company for 2 years, during that time my job title was a customer Support Representative and Typist. I help customers solve their issues and also direct them to other departments who can solve them if needed, I type project documents for my company, most of them. I have been working as a project manager for the past 2 years in the medical content creation field. My educational background in Commerce and Marketing, along with my professional experience of approximately 6 years in Client servicing & Business Development, makes me an excellent candidate for this position. I have approximately 14 years of working experience, of which a major part of it has been in the field of Client servicing & Business Development, that has enabled me to build a good rapport with my clients and helped gain experience of working in varied fields ranging from handling customer queries over email and chat in International BPOs to handling corporate client projects/events in Events and Advertising agencies. Having worked in chat process, I have good typing speed and minimum error score, which enables me to give quality results in a timely manner. Also, my experience in the medical field helps me understand the terminology used better and easily for audio transcriptions.
