I am also a team player, with enough knowledge in technical, like computer skills, in relation with products and services. My Job experience in this type of field is already highly appreciated i received multiple recommendation and awards in my current company. I am also acknowledged from a lot of good feedback from my customers. Working in a BPO company is a tough job. Patience is my number one rule in costumer services, as we all know, you will deal with different people with different personalities. Choosing this field of career is a kind difficult, but as long as you love what you are doing, everything will be fine.
