Data Entry in Excel Sheet
It is basically 30 to 45 minutes job per month.. to update Apartment Book of Accounts. Maintenance fee by each flat is paid in either cash or bank transfer. Cash collections are recorded manually and bank transfers are recorded in passbook. Both these along with monthly expenses will be whatsapp'ed. The job is to generate an excel with all these details. The excel template will also be shared which needs to be updated every month. We will be paying ?5000/year.
