Click time integration in Salesforce
We use Clicktime to record our timesheet data. We have Clicktime/Salesforce integration in place to send our timesheet data to Salesforce every night. This allows us to compare how much we are charging to deliver a contract against what it actually costs us. At the moment there are gaps in the reports, showing up as #Error! for the field "Total contract cost indicator" - which you can see in this report:
