Creation of an App as Minimum Viable Product

We are seeking to develop an app which has short video scroll functionality like tiktok or instagram-reels. We also require some custom features to be built over that. Note: 1. We already have the UI of the app which you will get access to. 2. The projects need to be completed within two weeks, you are free to decide your tech-stack. 3. If you wish to develop in react-native, the react native bare UI code can also be provided. Same goes for flutter.
