Delivery Note standalone software

I Want to make a standalone software in php using xampp server for a single pc and single user. It will have a customer master and delivery challan where items and qty will be entered manually. Report will have a fixed format in A5 size and printable. Record will be stored and can be seen date wise, customer wise.
