Deploy a dotNet webforms website with database on AWS

We have a small demo hotel booking website which we want to deploy on AWS EC2 and also connect it to database. Currently the website is deployed but we are unable to connect it to the database, so we want someone who can either host the website along with the database from start or just help us deploy the database and connect it to the website
