Developing bot ids

I wanna the person who can develop 24*7 hours online unlimited bots for " Ola Party " .The bot work is to be shown offline no response for any message. In the coding I need the option of entering room id and how much bot that room needs after entering all bot automatically enters the broad or chatroom. The maximum number of member that can enter to a broad is 2000 so I need to enter 1980 bots like this kind of coding
