Django web developer

I want a web based social media automation tool in which we create a user and we access all its social media profiles and store all there posts and tweets in the database and whenever we access the front web page then by refreshing it automatically fetch all the posts and show us on the web page .. this is the basic description of the project.. if u can do it then i will tell u in more detail
