Excel form creation
I want to get an Excel-based utility developed for generating insurance claim forms with the following features and workflow:
There should be a dedicated data entry sheet where claim details can be entered.
The data entry sheet should include a dropdown to select the insurance company from a maintained list.
Based on the selected insurance company, the utility should automatically generate the claim form along with required annexures.
All entered claim data should be saved for future referen
