Growth and Operations Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on-ground to support daily operations of the mobility platform, including coordinating with users and ensuring smooth ride/carpool experiences
2. Actively test the product, identify bugs/issues, and share structured feedback to improve user experience
3. Assist in user acquisition by promoting the app within college campuses, residential areas, and target communities
4. Engage with users directly to onboard new customers and address
