Right now, we’re in the growth stage — so instead of a fixed salary, you’ll earn 50–60% of the payment we receive from each project.

Requirements:
Must be creative and responsible with deadlines
Should know basic to advanced editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects / DaVinci
