Long term Long form video editor needed

If you can edit like iman gadhzi pls then only apply either it will be a waste of time. I want serious 4 senior long form video editors that can edit like iman gadhzi There will be consistent and long term work starting either 6 videos a month hoping for more in the future duration of the videos will be 7-15min and a turnaround time of 3-5 days. The videos are recorded need the editors asap. The base salary will be 40k and there will be performance bonus of 5-10k a month.
