1. Amount-B must match Amount-A exactly (difference = 0).
2. Qty-B must be limited to a maximum of 3 decimals.
3. Rate-B can be changed but only in multiples of ?0.50 per kg (i.e., multiples of ?250 per MT).
4. You can adjust both Qty-B and Rate-B but keep changes minimal.
5. Final output must be a clean table containing:
- Description
- Qty-A
- Rate-A
- Amount-A
- Corrected Qty-B (3 decimals max)
- Corrected Rate-B (in ?0.250 multiples)
- Final Amount-B = Amount-A exactly
