Python Flask developer required

We have a Python Flask application which was written with Python 3.5 and was configured to run on ubuntu 16 with reverse proxy on Apache. As currently 3.5 is outdated when trying to run with python 3.8 it is giving various errors. We need a developer who can fix this and add few pages to the existing Flask application
