Python script developer for share market data analysis

Hi, I need help in developing a python script to do the following: 1. I am dealing in Indian stock market, so I need the code to start running exactly at 9:30 an IST. 2. Script will fetch data from broker's API using my credentials and run a particular analysis (very simple one). 3. Analysis needs to be pushed into the trading view indicator with an update every 30s, just like a dynamic indicator which shows current market sentiment. 4. I will use server based python service providers. Regards
