Two D Top Down Tactical Game Season One MVP

I am looking for a Unity developer to build the first season of my game Vayu Strike. It is a top down game where the player moves a character named Akasha and drives a sports car with drifting physics. I need a four button menu and a system to change character skins. This is a work for hire project and I will own all the source code. My budget for this first part is ten thousand rupees.
