Architecture render by adding illumination to a sketchup model

I'm looking for an experienced 3D renderer to create a realistic 3D render of a ground area and one building of 1200 sqft. This render will be used for architectural visualization, so I have specific design elements in that need to be depicted in the render. I also want to highlight certain details and features of the ground and building in the render.
