Create table by fetching data from the user input and route to another page

I have a mini project, its a clone version of spring boot initialiser. It has a menu - home and dashboard. I have created the home page where the user will give the inputs. But I need a table to be create in the dashboard fetching few of the inputs user have provided(routing is required).
