professional video editors for long and short form content

i want a video editor where we send raw filmed videos to them, they edit it properly in famous and attractive style, good to post in instagram and youtube, should be able to edit short form and long form vides, and be able to add attractive subtitles if necessary and make the video attractive by showing pics and adding sound animations and other things required.
