We need a graphic designer for our new product of snakes and ladders

We need a designer to make us a illustration of a background less black snakes and ladders specially designed for being printed on cloth (which is supposed to give it a good ancient look). Budget is low as it's a startup idea please don't mind. Our budget is about 1k rs.
