Website Developer for Ecommerce store

I need a developer who can develop an high end ecommerce website for my Art Frames store, I also need a customisation page on website where customers can select from different frame and border options, and also out in their own graphic designs to be printer in the frame, I want them to be able to see a preview of this frame they’ve selected.
