Full time developer from contract to hire preferably in Kolkata

Looking for full time full stack developer to develop React, React Native app and Apis in Nodejs, golang for multiple projects. We are looking for someone who can start as contract first and then be permanent employee if he can work in our work environment and work with passion. Person should be ready to work in multiple projects at a time. Person being from Kolkata would always be preferred as we are based out of Kolkata.
